Every once in awhile I hit the send button moments before I see my mistake.  Okay, maybe it is more often than once in awhile, but hey, I can dream.

This past week, while I was traveling, I hit the send button on an order before I realized I had ordered 2 of something I was ordering for student… oops… and, of course, it is something I haven’t been using in my work or in my classes. So, inspired by a couple of artist friends, I decided to challenge myself… could I create 40 pairs of earrings in 40 days using this material?

Starting October 22nd and continuing through November 30th. I will be posting these new designs, one per day… at least that is the plan.  I don’t know if any of these designs will become part of one of my collections, but I am sure they will have an influence on my work.

Each pair of earrings will be made available for $40.  Through December 10th, $20 from the sale of each pair of earrings will go to the Montana Food bank. More on this as we begin posting posting each of the 40 pairs.

All the best…
